Let the Bust-out and Double-up Barrage Commence!

Now that the glacial pace of hand-for-hand play has completed, each of the tables is back in action at its own speed. The short stacks, guaranteed AU$15,000, will be much more willing to gamble.

Our first short-stack double-up hand belongs to John Paul Kelly. He moved in on a flop of {7-Hearts} {3-Hearts} {10-Hearts} and was called by Antonio Casale. Kelly flopped a set of threes with {3-Spades} {3-Diamonds} and was up against Casale's flush draw, {K-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts}. All of the drama seeped out of the hand when the turn repeater {10-Clubs} gave Kelly a full house. He rivered quads, {3-Clubs}, to go along with it.

Casale is down to 75,000. Kelly is on roughly 120,000.
