We are now able to establish our quarter final matches, which are all in different progressions, as follows:

Andrew Lichtenberger: 1 vs. Josh Tyler: 0

Lichtenberger secured the first game in their quarter final match after Tyler moved all in on a flop that read {8-Diamonds}

but ran into the {q-Diamonds}

of Lichtenberger.

The turn and river ran out {q-Spades}

, leaving Tyler with just 1,200 in chips, which he lost a short time later.

Daniel Smith: 1 vs. Barry Woods: 0

Woods got it in with {a-Spades}

and looked in great shape to take first blood against Smith who tabled {10-Diamonds}

.

However the board was a heart-breaking {9-Diamonds}

which crippled Woods down to 2,500. Like Tyler before him, he was one game down only moments later.

Vanessa Selbst vs. Sam Vakili/Ralph Burd
