Chan Slipping

In the last five hands, the pot has been taken on the flop by the player on the button each time.
A few hands later, Terrence Chan limped the button and Carlos Mortensen made it 300. Chan called and the flop came down 
. Mortensen bet 400 and Chan called. The two checked the 
turn and on the 
river, Mortensen moved all in. Chan folded and is down to just 1,650 while Mortensen has 8,350.
