Another One Down

Level 10

Dane Coltman is no longer with us. He had a 75 minute wait on the dinner break to come back and play and finds himself on the rail after the first hand back.

The hand in question was a Stud Hi/Lo game and when Rami Boukai hit three-aces it was only the low which Coltman could pick up but with bricks coming on the last couple of streets it was all over for Coltman.

Nice Stud Pot Boosts J's Stack

Level 9

Stud

Boukai: [X-X] / {j-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Ettedgi: [X-X] / {10-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{5-Hearts} / [X]
Smith: [X-X] / {a-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Spades}{10-Clubs} / [X]

Maria Ho had the bring in with the {2-Hearts}, and Rami Boukai completed. Joel Ettedgi and Justin Smith both called, and Ho folded. On fourth street, Boukai bet, and Ettedgi and Smith both called. Boukai checked fifth when Ettedgi paired his king, and Ettedgi bet. Smith called, and Boukai folded (before we saw what he'd caught). Next street, Ettedgi bet, and Smith raised. Ettedgi called, then check-called seventh. Smith showed that he'd started with {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and caught a ten-high straight and Ettedgi mucked.

Seven Card Stud

Maria Ho was showing {k-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{9-Spades} and Dane Coltman {5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} with bets having been fired out on every street to create a juicy pot.

The last card was dealt face down and both players elected to check.

Ho turned over {6-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}, enough to take down the pot with two-pair as Coltman mucked his hand. Ho now has a hefty 55,000 while Coltman slips to under 10,000.

Judah Jousted

Level 9

2-7 Triple Draw

Mel Judah has been knocked out just a couple of hands after Eli Elezra left him with only a few chips to stand on.

We caught the action with Judah allin with one round left and Pantling standing pat.

Judah was'nt sure what to do, tossing up whether to draw one card or stand pat. He eventually decided to take one, stating that he threw away a {10-}.

When he received his last card he turned it over to reveal he drew another {10-}.

The ten-low wouldn't be good enough as Pantling tabled {8-}{6-}{5-}{3-}{2-}.
