After ten hours of intense shootout battles through two rounds of play, the Event 4: $1,100 No Limit Hold'em Shootout final table has been set!

Spread over eighteen tables, 158 players took to the felt to contest a format of poker that some still believe is the most pure of all the no limit hold'em formats. Many a poker superstar decided to contest their skills as the best players located here in Melbourne looked to claim the fourth gold ring of the 2011 Aussie Millions.

Full Tilt Poker Red Pro's James Akenhead, Annette Obrestad, Scott Montgomery, Jonathan Karamalikis, Barny Boatman, Simon Watt, Steve Yea and Billy Argyros all failed to make the money as did Event 1 and 2 winners Martin Drewe and Jarred Solomon. Internationals Tony Dunst, Dan Smith, Tony Bloom, Jeffrey Sarwer and JP Kelly, alongside local players Tyron Krost, Stewart Scott, Grant Levy and Jay Kinkade also failed to make the money-paying top eighteen.

Now guaranteed an AUD$2,015 payday, four eliminations on each table would be all that was needed for one of the remaining to be ensured a final table spot - and in just a little over three hours, ten would remain with the following locking up a coveted final table spot.
