Jamie Pickering was forced to bring-in as both opponents on his left made the call before Rainer Quel acted out of turn and called.
With David Steicke left to act, he called the floor to see what Quel's actions were depending on what Steicke chose to do.
"So if I raise, he gets his options back?"
The tournament director nodded in accordance as Steicke just tossed in two green 25-denomination chips making a call.
"Well he gets no options now!" jokingly added Steicke.

Steicke led the betting on fourth and fifth street before folding on sixth as the first opponent in the hand took the lead.
No showdown was had however as the second player check-folded seventh while Steicke may be regretting his decision to play the hand that sees him slip to 5,300 in chips.
Unlike the previous four tournaments where the Full Tilt Poker logo was plastered around the room thanks to the likes of James Akenhead, Annette Obrestad, Billy Argyros, Scott Montgomery, Steve Yea and Jonathan Karamalikis, today sees no Red Pro team member in the field.
However, Robert Williamson III and Mike Matusow have been spotted in the room near the buy-in and registration desk.
Unfortunately, Williamson is still loitering around while Matusow grabbed the PokerNews Australasia Magazine - Aussie Millions edition and headed out the door of the poker room in a rush.
