Some Overseas Faces

Kastle Finds Ace On the River

On the {10-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop, Casey Kastle fired a bet of 675 before an opponent raised to 2,000. The third player in action folded after a short pause and then action fell back on Kastle. He took a minute and then moved all in for 9,925. His opponent called all in for less right away with the {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}, having flopped a set. Kastle tabled the {A-Hearts}{A-Spades}.

"I play so bad," mumbled Kastle to himself when he saw the he was in bad shape.

Nevertheless, the turn brought the {6-Spades} and river the {A-Clubs} to save Kastle and earn him the win. He's now up to about 20,000 in chips.

Players Filing In

Nitsche Gets There

Dominik Nitsche just doubled his starting stack after knocking out another player at his table. The money went in on the {10-}{8-}{5-} flop with Nitsche holding pocket jacks to his opponent's {8-}{5-} for bottom two pair. The turn brought a {9-} to give Nitsche some more outs with a straight draw and then the river landed with a {Q-}. Nitsche was able to backdoor his straight and take out his opponent.

The player Nitsche eliminated was not the bounty at his table, but Nitsche did double his stack.

Putting Names to Faces

Here's an early list of some of the players we've spotted in the field.

Hunting Seat 10

Level 1 : 25/50, 0 ante

All today's bounties will start off in seat 10 at each and every table. A lot of those seats are currently empty but a few have been filled in. Barry Greenstein, Casey Kastle, Mel Juda and Roberto Romanello all have targets on their chests.

The latter of these just opened to 125 from late position and found two callers to a {7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop. His 225 c-bet took the pot down. He can expect a lot of his opening raises to be called today
