Jeff Rossiter opened with a raise and then called a three-bet from Ami Barer. When the flop came down

Tam Truong raised to 50,000 from under the gun, David Middleton moved all in for 266,000 on the button, and both blinds released.
"I've got two good cards," Middleton told Truong while he tanked. "I'm happy if you call and happy if you fold. I'm here to double up."
Truong laughed.
"I'll be happy to drink beer if you bust me too," Middleton added.
Truong eventually called, showing

. Truong took the lead when the flop fell , however, but Middleton was still drawing live. A queen would give him a better pair and a jack would give him a straight.
