Jetten and Koren Tangle in Four-Bet Pot

Peter Jetten made it 1,500 in early position and a player in the hijack flatted. Artur Koren squeezed to 6,000 out of the big blind and action was back at Jetten who countered with a 16,000-reraise. The player behind him got out of the way but Koren matched the bid.
The flop came 
and Koren checked to Jetten who fired a small bet of 7,000. Koren called. They both checked the 
turn.
Koren checked again on the 
river and Jetten made it 32,000. Koren tanked for about two minutes and then threw his cards away.
