Kee's Stack Soars After Cracking Del Toro's Cowboys

Heads-up on a flop of 6♠8♦Q♠ in what appeared to be a four-bet pot, Yu Hai Kee already had a bet in front of him from the cutoff and Bernardo Del Toro moved all in for over 700,000 on the button. Kee quickly called with a covering stack and a showdown was held.

Del Toro was technically ahead with his kings, but would need to fade a bunch of outs against Kee's pair and flush draw.

The A♣ turn immeidatley improved Kee to aces-up for the lead and the 5♣ river bricked out — eliminating Del Toro and sending the massive pot over to Kee.

"If he just five-bet [preflop] I fold," Kee was heard saying as he collected the pot.
