Rolfe had a big lead and picked up a flush on the monotone 2♥3♥4♥ flop, but Au did add some outs with a gutshot. That straight draw came on on the 5♦ turn, giving Au the lead. Rolfe could still double with a heart on the river, but there was no love for him as the 2♠ rolled off, sending him out in 24th.

Cassell checked the A♥6♥5♦ flop and Bedot fired out 150,000. Mai called and Cassell folded.
When the A♦ paired the board on the turn, Bedot checked and Mai shoved for just over 700,000. Bedot quickly folded, and Mai flashed the A♠ as he raked in the pot.

It was a classic flip and one that Rounce-Sue desperately needed to win if he wanted to avoid the sidelines. However, the flop of J♠7♣3♥ was pretty dry, but he did pick up a backdoor flush draw. A J♣ on the turn did open up that backdoor opportunity, and despite a club not hitting the river, Rounce-Sue found the K♥ to double up.
