Hirmiz Lassoes a Big Pot From Moodie

Level 25 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Wiremu Moodie
Wiremu Moodie

On a flop of 103Q with around 800,000 in the middle, Vieri HIrmiz had his stack of almost 1,500,000 in the middle and was put at risk by Wiremu Moodie from under the gun.

Vieri HIrmiz: KK All in
Wiremu Moodie: AQ

Moodie had flopped top pair but found himself behind to the overpair of Hirmiz, who held the Cowboys. An ace or a queen would send Hirmiz home, but instead he made top set on the 5K runout to secure a big double!

Yoo Spikes a Pair to Double

Level 25 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Peter Yoo shoved for 965,000 from under the gun and was snap-called by the player in the big blind.

Peter Yoo: QJ All in
Big Blind: AK

Yoo was behind but had live cards, and managed to find one of them when the dealer fanned a flop of 6J4. A 6 on the turn offered little help to the big blind, and Yoo secured a double-up when the 3 dropped on the river.

Keremelevski Stacks Wang

Level 25 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Guangyu Wang
Guangyu Wang

Shortly after play resumed, Guangyu Wang shoved for around 400,000 from early position and was called by Steven Keremelevski.

Guangyu Wang: A10
Steven Keremelevski: AJ

Wang was way behind and needed a miracle after the 4J2 flop gave Keremelevski top pair. A 3 on the turn did bring around some chop outs, but the 8 river was no help, and Wang was sent on his way.
