Erfan Geula
Erfan Geula

On a heads-up flop of 5KQ Erfan Geula bet 75,000 and Kenny Deffrasnes made the call to see the 6 turn.

Both players decided to check and went straight to the river Q. Guela then fired for 140,000 and Deffrasnes went into the tank for a bit before he decided to make the call.

He was then shown AJ for the flopped nut flush by Guela and he hastily sent his cards into the muck to award the pot to Guela.

Jun Hao Wu

Yilu Yuan jammed for 250,000 from the hijack. Jun Hao Wu then shipped in his 880,000 stack from the small blind. Anuj [Removed:550] called in the big blind to put both players at risk.

Yilu Yuan: A7
Jun Hao Wu: 1010
Anuj [Removed:550]: AK

The Q53 flop kept Wu ahead as did the J turn. Yuan was drawing dead but [Removed:550] had Broadway outs as well as his overcards.

The 8 river ensured the pocket pair remained best and Wu dragged in the massive pot.

Lambrecht Gets a Triple Then a Double

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Matthew Lambrecht
Matthew Lambrecht

Justin Young opened to 40,000 from under the gun and was called by Nolan King from the small blind. Matthew Lambrecht had just 10,000 behind after he paid the big blind and ante and called off his stack blind.

Young and King were rooting for Lambrecht but declared they would gun for each other for the side pot.

King check-called for 40,000 on the J52 pot and then claimed the side pot after his 65,000 bet on the Q turn as Young folded.

"I don't have a pair yet," said Nolan as he tabled his A3.

Lambrecht peeled his first card, which was an unhelpful 8, but the second was the Q to give a pair of queens for the lead. The J completed the board and Lambrecht saw his stack rise to 110,000.

The next hand, King opened to 45,000 and called when Lambrecht moved all in again.

Matthew Lambrecht: A7
Nolan King: Q3

Neither player connected on the 8x926K runout and Lambrecht raked in a double-up.

David Stamm opened the action by raising to 45,000 from under the gun. Kenny Deffrasnes called on the button before Anuj [Removed:550] made it 175,000 from the small blind. Eychenne then jammed for 300,000 and only [Removed:550] called.

Thomas Eychenne: KxKx
Anuh [Removed:550]: AxAx

It was a huge cooler for Eychenne and he left the PokerGO Studio after failing to improve on the Jx7x5x4x3x runout.

Jeffrey Stellwagon

On a heads-up completed board of 9104A2, the pot had around 300,000 in it when Nick Yunis moved all in to cover his opponent, Jeffrey Stellwagon.

After tanking for a bit, Stellwagon shrugged and set out his chips, putting himself at risk of elimination.

Yunis then tabled QJ for a bricked straight draw and queen-high and Stellwagon proudly flipped over A2 for two-pair to scoop the pot for a double up.
