The first flight of the 2019 BPO Event #1: $600 Deepstack has come to an end after 16 exciting levels of play. The Day 1a flight saw a total of 192 registration slips sold and by nights end only 25 runners remained. Leading the way from the first flight is Kenny Han with an immense 593,000.
One familiar player to highlight the end of day field is 2015 WSOP Main Event Champion Joe McKeehen who bagged a healthy 259,000.

Joe McKeehen opened from the cutoff, Timothy Macht defended his big blind and the dealer fanned out on the flop. Macht checked to McKeehen, he put in a continuation bet of 12,000 and Macht check-called.
The turn came down a , Macht checked to McKeehen who bet 32,000 and Macht hit the tank. After a few minutes of thought McKeehen called clock on Macht and he now had just 60-seconds to make a decision.
Macht elected to fold his hand and McKeehen took down the last hand of the night.

The flop showed and there was around 50,000 in the pot. Brittney Barnes checked to Jason Leveille who bet 30,000 and Barnes check-called to see the turn card.
Action again checked to Leveille, he bet 40,000 and again Barnes check-called. The completed the board and Barnes checked to Leveille who said "I'm afraid to play a pot with you!" as he checked behind.
Leveille tabled for top pair and Barnes mucked, shipping the pot to Leveille.

A player in the hijack moved all in for around 180,000 and Allen Granowski called for his remaining 80,000 from the small blind, the two tabled their hands.
