Anthony LaRocca jammed for 3,050,000 on the button and Robert Bernstein snapped it off in the big blind.

LaRocca was in bad shape with the dominated ace as the J♥7♦2♦ flop offered no help. However, the 10♠ would come on the turn as he vaulted into the lead, and LaRocca held through the 8♠ river to double through Bernstein.
George Grabe pushed all-in from the small blind and Anthony LaRocca asked for a count. He eventually was called when it was deemed to be for 3,025,000.

The board ran out 10♥9♥2♣K♣4♣ and Grabe doubled. He then asked the other players if they would consider any deal while leaving money up top and Robert Bernstein as well as Vance Martin III said they would be up for discussions.
"I don't want to be asked," LaRocca replied to Grabe.
One hand later, Bernstein raised to 450,000 and was called by Grabe and LaRocca. The Q♠5♠2♠ flop was checked to the chip leader who bet 10,000,000 to force out both opponents.
George Grabe opened to 575,000 first-to-act before Shane Brown jammed for 3,875,000 from the cutoff. In the small blind, Vance Martin III rejammed as the covering stack. Robert Bernstein then quickly called off his 4,225,000 stack from the big blind.
"What the f*ck is going on here?" Grabe exclaimed, "I'm just gonna fold king-queen here. I'm guaranteed to make extra money."

Massive implications depended on the runout as the flop came 8♠4♦2♠, leaving the jacks in front. The board ran out 6♦4♣ as Bernstein scooped it all, while Brown's run was cut short in fifth place.
In the second hand coming back from the break, George Grabe raised it up to massive 875,000 on the button and Anthony LaRocca in the big blind clicked it back to 2,000,000.
Grabe went deep into the tank for nearly two minutes before he folded.

In the last hand before the break, Vance Martin III raised to 400,000 on the button George Grabe defended the big blind.
They checked the A♣K♦10♦ flop to the K♥ turn on which Grabe put in 80,000 chips only, he then had to make the min-bet of 160,000.
Martin III suspect a possible angle but Grabe instantly replied, "no I am just tired".
Martin III called and also called a bet of 400,000 on the 7♣ river.
"Five high" Grabe declared without showing his cards. Martin III rolled over his A♥J♥ and it won the pot.
After the hand, they raced off the T-5,000 chips and below are the updated counts for the new blind level.

Robert Bernstein raised to 1,200,000 under the gun with 10,000 behind. He was called by Shane Brown on the button and Anthony LaRocca in the small blind.
The A♥J♠4♦ flop checked through to the 10♦ turn which saw Bernstein toss his final 10,000 into the middle. Brown made it 900,000 to go and LaRocca folded.

Bernstein flopped aces-up while Brown had second pair and a gutter.
The river was the 7♥, leaving Bernstein's hand best as LaRocca exploded out of his chair, saying that he folded sevens and would have rivered a set as Bernstein survived once again.
Shane Brown in the small blind raised to 480,000 and Anthony LaRocca called in the big blind.
Both players checked to the J♠8♦3♠K♣10♥ river on which Brown bet 600,000. LaRocca called and was shown the 7♥4♥ for a bluff, which he had beat with the J♦5♦ for a pair of jacks.
The open raise of Erick Ortiz was called only by Vance Martin III in the small blind who opted to check the A♥6♣4♥ flop.
Ortiz continued for 800,000 and Martin III first prepared calling chips before he then doubled it and added another two on top. He moved forward a check-raise to 1,800,000 for Ortiz to then move all-in and get snap-called.

Martin III had already exposed his flopped set after which Ortiz exclaimed a loud "damn it" as he found himself with a mountain to climb.
The 4♦ turn gave him some outs but the 3♣ river failed to make the miracle escape happen.
Ortiz then pulled the bounty he had just won a few minutes ago and claimed the largest prize left for $1,375 on top of his $4,855 cash prize.
