With just 18 players remaining in the $2,700 Summer Poker Open Championship, the field is down to the final two tables at Borgata.
Everyone left is guaranteed $12,475, but there's still plenty of work to do before bags come out. Play will continue until just six players remain, meaning 12 more eliminations are needed before the Day 3 lineup is set.
Bin Weng leads the final 18 after building the biggest stack in the room, returning with 2,725,000 (109 big blinds). He'll be joined at Table 1 by Concetta Rinaldi, Ricky Guan and Andrew Porter, while Table 3 features a host of dangerous names including Nicholas Verderamo, Sean Ruane, Michael Renna and BetMGM Poker qualifier James Tedrow.

Namit Patel wasn't content with simply advancing to Day 2 of the $580 Monster Mirror Mystery Bounty.
After bagging 356,000 chips from Day 1a earlier in the day, Patel jumped straight into the $250 Triple Green Chip Bounty, where he capped off a marathon session by defeating a 45-entry field for the $2,100 first prize.
John Rothe finished runner-up for $1,295, while Driton Haxhijaj booked third.

Brandon Lulov is enjoying one a hot streak of the 2026 Borgata Summer Poker Open after picking up his second title of the series in the space of just two days.
On Tuesday, Lulov topped the 49-entry $650 Borgata Forty Bigs for $9,600. A day later, he was back in the winner's circle after defeating a 55-entry field in the $1,100 Deep Stack Semi-Turbo One Day, banking another $19,510.
Lulov denied a familiar face another Borgata title run in Nikole Lisovyy, who finished runner-up in the Forty Bigs before adding another strong result with a fourth-place finish in the Deep Stack Semi-Turbo. Ketan Pandya and Joseph Comisi rounded out the podium spots, while Justin Manjares, Austin Morin, and Daniel Lim also collected payouts.

The penultimate day of the 2026 Borgata Summer Poker Open powered by BetMGM Poker features a mix of championship action and the final opportunities for players to get into the $580 Monster Mirror Mystery Bounty.
The $2,700 Summer Poker Open Championship resumes at noon with just 24 players remaining. Everyone left has locked up $10,345, but all eyes are on the $242,385 top prize as the field plays down to the final six ahead of Friday's streamed finale. The final two starting flights of the $580 Monster Mirror Mystery Bounty get underway. After the opening two flights, 25 players have already secured their Day 2 seats, with Day 1C and Day 1D representing the last chance to join them before Friday's conclusion.

Day 1a of the $580 Mirror Mystery Bounty attracted 143 entries, with the field playing down to just 17 survivors, all of whom bagged a stack and locked up a Day 2 seat after reaching the money.
Robert Bernstein finished atop the chip counts with 1,110,000, narrowly ahead of Kaifan Wang (1,022,000). David Lu (691,000) and Nicholas Falcone (618,000), who burst the stone bubble with a double elimination, also closed out the flight among the leaders.
