Battling Before Break

Level 4 is done and Flight C players are scattering for their first break of the day.
Before they headed out, Gary Kosakowski (hijack) was looking at a flop of 
and bet 2,500, getting a flat from the button before getting check-raised to 6,500 by the small blind.
After some thought, Kosakowski let it go, saying he was folding 
(top pair/top kicker). The button folded as well.
