Tim Macht raised the hijack to 25,000 and Jonathan Ray responded by three-betting all in for around 100,000 from the small blind. Macht snap-called and Ray discovered the bad news.

Ray needed some help but didn't get any on the flop. The turn meant he could steal it with a lady on the river, but with two of them in Macht's hand a third did not appear as the bricked instead.

Ray was eliminated in 48th place for $911.

Wee Extends Tournament with Double Through Rosenkranz

Barry Rosenkranz opened with a raise from middle position only to have the short-stacked Brian Wee three-bet all in for 77,000 from the button. Both blinds folded and Rosenkranz thought for a bit before making the call.

Wee was out in front but Rosenkranz managed to pair his nine on the flop. Still, Wee flopped a diamond flush draw, and while he failed to find another diamond on the turn and river, the runout was just as good. Both players made kings and queens, but Wee's kicker gave him the double.

Gordon Sits Near the Top

The turned board read and there was around 50,000 in the pot when Arnaldo Gordon checked to an opponent who bet 34,000.

Gordon check-called and the landed on the river. Gordon threw out a relatively small bet of 25,000 and his opponent without hesitation let their hand go, shipping another healthy-sized pot to Gordon who now sits near the top.
