Martello Makes the Nuts on the River

Leonardo Rizzo raised to 65,000 under the gun and Fausto Martello called with 87 in the big blind.

The flop came 954 and Rizzo bet 55,000. Martello called with a straight draw, and they both checked the 10 turn.

The 6 river gave Martello his straight, and he moved all in for 185,000. Rizzo folded KQ.

Machado Gets Off Light Against Ladva

Action folded to Ottomar Ladva who raised to 105,000 in the small blind. Hugo Machado called in the big blind.

Both players checked the 1082 flop. Ladva also checked the K turn, then called when Machado bet 130,000.

Ladva checked again on the K river, and this time Machado checked back. Ladva turned over K3 for trips, and Machado pretended to wipe his brow as he mucked.

Kabrhel Calls Out Tavares' Hand

"One round of super straddles. Brazilian superstar starts," Martin Kabrhel said, but Joao Simao folded under the gun. Kabrhel then raised to 50,000 in the cutoff, and Gabriel Tavares called in the big blind.

"What do you need, jack? Jack for you, three aces for me," Kabrhel said going to the 37Q flop. He then bet 25,000, and Tavares called.

Kabrhel bet another 50,000 on the Q turn, but this time Tavares raised to 175,000. Kabrhel called and the 10 fell on the river.

Tavares slowed down and checked. "Open your four-six," Kabrhel said, checking behind, and Tavares indeed turned over 64.

"I am the greatest! Open your four-six!" Kabrhel shouted out as he turned over K7 for two pair to win the pot.

Kabrhel Only Makes Two Mistakes Against Selouan

"Be careful, there is loser energy at the table," Martin Kabrhel said as Renan Bruschi returned to knock over the hippo atop Kabrhel's stack.

Rodrigo Selouan then raised to 70,000 in the small blind and Kabrhel called in the big blind. Both players checked the 962 flop.

Selouan then bet 115,000 on the 8 turn and Kabrhel called. The river was the 6, and action was checked down as Selouan showed Q7. Kabrhel turned over 85 to win the pot with two pair.

"Cooler. Only two mistakes in that hand," he said.

Zavodini Runs Into Kings, Hey Finishes Him Off

Fausto Martello raised to 50,000 on the button and Leonardo Rizzo called in the small blind. Leandro Zavodini then moved all in from the big blind, Martello called for 205,000, and Rizzo got out of the way.

Martello was a big favorite with his kings, and the board ran out Q8295 to earn him a double up.

Zavodini was left with 125,000 and moved all in from the small blind the next hand. Carlos Hey put him at risk in the big blind.

Zavodini picked up a straight draw on the Q32 flop, but he improved no further on the Q turn and 3 river to hit the rail.

Piekazewicz Snaps Off Aquino

Cristian Aquino bet 75,000 from the big blind on a board of 3955 and Ottomar Ladva called under the gun. Alisson Piekazewicz then raised to 220,000 in the small blind.

Aquino came back with an all-in shove for 420,000 and Ladva folded, but Piekazewicz snap-called. Aquino showed A9 for two pair, but Piekazewicz had 33 for a full house.

The river was the 2 and Aquino angrily threw his cards across the table and made a quick exit from the tournament area.
