Kabrhel Doubles Up

Level 11 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

First to act, Martin Kabrhel raised to 24,000. Thiago Crema called from the cutoff, and the big blind player came along too.

Kabrhel continued with a bet of 30,000 on the 9J8 flop, which only Crema called.

The 10 turn saw Kabrhel hit the brakes, checking over to Crema. Crema opted to bet 40,000 and promptly found himself facing a check-raise to 81,000, which he called.

The river 2 did little to change the board, and Kabrhel moved all in for 85,000. Crema called and received the bad news, as Kabrhel flipped over Q4 for a flush.

Crema revealed his 97 before the dealer added them to the muck.

Kabrhel Leaves the Field

Level 11 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Martin Kabrhel
Martin Kabrhel

Rodrigo Selouan raised on the button, and Martin Kabrhel, who just joined the tournament, moved all in from the small blind for roughly 230,000.

When the action returned to Selouan, he made the call.

Martin Kabrhel: QJ All in
Rodrigo Selouan: AJ

The K3Q flop saw Kabrhel leapfrog into the lead, but the 10 turn improved Selouan to a straight.

There was no chopped pot to be had for Kabrhel, as the J river saw him eliminated just a few hands after he entered.

Akkari Ousts Another

Level 11 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

In the final hand of the previous level, Andre Akkari raised to 20,000, and, one seat to his left, Yuri Dzivielevski three-bet to 55,000.

The action returned to Akkari, who moved all in covering his opponent's stack, and Dzivielevski made the call.

Yuri Dzivielevski: 1010 All in
Andre Akkari: 99

A sweet situation quickly turned sour for Dzivielevski, as the dealer fanned a J59 flop.

The 3 turn and 8 river could do nothing to save him, as he tapped the table and headed to the rail.

Level 10 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Darci Mario Fantin raised to 20,000 from the hijack, leaving just 75,000 behind. Andre Akkari called in the big blind, and the two went to a flop.

Akkari checked on the 610Q flop, Fantin moved all in, and Akkari called.

The 5 turn only made the situation more difficult for Fantin, and the 8 river sealed his fate.

Andre Akkari
Andre Akkari

Andre Akkari raised to 20,000 from the hijack, which received calls from Darci Mario Fantin in the cutoff and the player in the big blind.

The dealer spread a 4A6 flop, and the action checked to Fantin. He placed a bet of 50,000, which only Akkari called.

Both players then checked the J turn, seeing the 7 river complete the board.

Akkari led out for 100,000, and Fantin made the call.

It was bad news for Fantin, as Akkari flipped over A7 for two pair. Fantin showed his [ad3cd] before the dealer pulled them into the muck.

Luca Tests Seiji

Level 10 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Ivan Luca raised to 20,000 but then faced a raise to 60,000 from Rodrigo Seiji.

When the action returned to Luca, he took a look back at his cards and then took a moment to think before moving all in.

Seiji had the smaller of the two stacks and, as such, would have been the player at risk, but he chose to fold.
