Fonseca Calls Incorrectly
Level 3
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
With the action having checked through on a J♠9♥6♣10♠ turn card, the 9♦ river completed the board.
With 12,000 in the pot, Sebastian Fonseca bet 5,500 from the big blind before seeing the player on the button raise to 25,000.
Fonseca thought long and hard, and, after using a couple of time extensions, opted to call.
His opponent flipped over A♥9♣, and Fonseca mucked his cards.
