The action continues today at the BSOP Millions, where the WTC Sheraton in São Paulo welcomes players for Day 1b of the 2025 BSOP Championship, beginning at 2:00 p.m. local time.

The largest poker event ever to hit South American soil began with a strong turnout, as Day 1a attracted 192 entries and pushed the tournament well on its way toward the R$20,000,000 ($4,000,000 USD) guarantee. By the end of play, just 63 players had secured a seat for Day 2.

Taking charge, Alen Fillipi set the standard for all those who enter the remaining flights. Finishing the day with 1,260,000, Fillipi took top spot on an all-Brazilian podium which includes Leandro Zavodini (1,018,000) and BSOP Ambassador Leonardo Rizzo, (783,000)

Other notables to find success include Fabiano Kovalski (559,000), Pedro Padilha (419,000), Daniel De Almeida (261,000), Joao Simao (243,000) and Kelvin Kerber (36,000).
