The last chance to chase the largest guaranteed prize pool in Latin American poker history arrives when Day 1d of the BSOP R$30,000 ($6,000 US) Championship begins at 2 p.m. local time.
A total of 436 players have descended on the WTC Sheraton in Sao Paulo over the first three starting flights, each in pursuit of a share of the R€20,000,000 ($4,000,000 US) guarantee. Just 145 have secured their tickets into Day 2, with Alen Tenorio setting the benchmark with 1,260,000. Leandro Zavodini (1,018,000), Pedro Grochocki (886,000), Leonardo Rizzo (783,000), and Gregory Fabiao (711,000) round out the top five stacks so far.

Players on the fourth and final starting flight will begin with a 100,000 starting stack. The schedule calls for 10 60-minute levels, with a 75-minute dinner break after Level 6. Late registration is open until the start of Level 9, with players allowed one reentry during the flight.
