Kabrhel Fills Up to Bust Furlanetto
Martin Kabrhel has formed a friendly rivalry with Rafael Furlanetto in the #3 seat at his table, often playfully referring to Furlanetto as "monkey boy."
"If anyone at this table, seat higher than two but lower than four, raises, I'm blind all in," Kabrhel joked.
Danilo Gomes then raised to 40,000 in the cutoff and Kabrhel three-bet to 160,000 on the button. Gomes called.
"Good luck. Don't do anything stupid. I don't want to bust you. I have other targets at this table. Seat #3 open, one hour maximum," Kabrhel said.
The flop came 10♠7♦A♦ and Kabrhel continued for 85,000. Gomes snap-folded. "It's hot in here. No air conditioning," Kabrhel said, pretending to wipe his brow while also showing the A♦.
A few hands later, Furlanetto, Gomes, and Kabrhel went to the turn on a board of 9♣10♦K♠10♣. Furlanetto then bet 80,000 from the big blind and Gomes called in middle position, while Kabrhel raised to 270,000 in the hijack. Only Gomes called.
The river was the 8♠ and Kabrhel moved all in. Gomes called for around 500,000 with Q♣J♦ for a straight, but Kabrhel had rivered a full house with 10♥8♥ to win the pot and send Gomes to the rail.
