Zizka Sends De Aquino to the Rail

Level 9 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Zdenek Zizka
Zdenek Zizka

Ueberton Cristian De Aquino moved all in for 8,500 from the hijack, which both Zdenek Zizka, on the button, and the big blind called.

On a A2K flop, the big blind check-called a bet of 5,000 from Zizka.

The 3 turn saw a similar story, this time a check-call of 11,000.

Both players checked on the 3 river, and all three hands were shown.

The big blind had Q10, De Aquino had Q8, and winning the hand, Zizka had K8.

Zizka Springs the Trap

Level 8 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Seeing a 6,000 raise from under the gun, and a call from Sebastian Fonseca in the cutoff, ahead of him, Zdenek Zizka called in the big blind.

All three players checked on the 929 flop, leading to the J turn being added to the board.

Zizka checked for a second time. Seeing the under the gun player bet 4,000, and Fonseca call, Zizka put in a check-raise to 25,500.

This was enough to see both his opponents fold, returning their cards to the dealer, one after the other.

Boianovsky Building, Ramos in Reverse

Level 8 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Felipe Boianovsky
Felipe Boianovsky

Felipe Boianovsky kicked the action off with a raise to 6,000. Both Dennys Ramos and Masato Yokosawa called from the button and big blind, respectively.

When the action checked to him, Boianovsky continued with a bet of 10,000 on the J310 flop. Once again, both Ramos and Yokosawa called.

The turn brought the 5, and Yokosawa checked again. Boianovsky put 35,000 into the pot, which Ramos called before Yokosawa folded.

Boianovsky bet another 35,000 on the 4 river, and for a third time, Ramos called.

It was bad news for Ramos, who mucked his cards when he saw the AA of Boianovsky.
