Galiana Takes a Stab on the River

Yago Dos Santos bet 3,000 from the button on a flop of 5KJ and Antonio Galiana raised to 8,700 in middle position. Dos Santos called, and they saw the 10 fall on the turn.

Both players checked to the 8 river, where Galiana bet 11,200. Dos Santos gave up his hand, and Galiana took the pot.

Level 1 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Paulo Goncalves raised to 1,400 in the cutoff and picked up three callers going to the 238 flop. Goncalves then bet 2,500, and Gustavo Moscon on the button and big blind Luis Felipe Abdo called.

All three players checked the Q turn. Goncalves then bet 5,500 on the A river, and only Moscon called.

Goncalves showed A2 for two pair, and Moscon mucked AJ.

Gomes Shows an Ace in Big Pot Against Viana

Jonatas Gomes and Fernando Viana built a pot of around 12,000 as they went heads-up to a flop of A39. Viana then led out for 5,000 from the small blind, and Gomes called in the cutoff.

Viana bet another 16,000 on the J turn, and Gomes again called. The 7 fell on the river and both players slowed down and checked.

Viana showed KQ for king-high, while Gomes had AQ for a pair of aces to win the pot.
