The flop fell 
and the small blind fired a continuation-bet of 3,200. Kurtz called. The turn came 
and the small blind continued for another 6,000. Kurtz put in a raise to 12,1000 and the small blind asked to see his remaining chips of around 15,100 before going all in for slightly less. Kurtz quickly called.
