Krzesinski Doubles Off Ensan Amid Controversy

Level 14 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Tomasz Krzesinski and Hossein Ensan saw a flop of Q78 where Ensan moved all in from middle position and Krzesinski called in the cutoff.

Tomasz Krzesinski: KQJ10 All in
Hossein Ensan: AKK6

The board ran out 57 and the dealer pushed the pot over to Ensan, who had already stacked up the chips when Imad Derwiche noticed that Krzesinski had actually made a flush on the river.

"I didn't notice. I was drinking my tea," Krzesinski said.

The table argued for several minutes just how much Krzesinski had behind. It was eventually ruled he had around 300,000 to start the hand, and Ensan handed over the chips.

Thumann had flopped top set and was a big favorite to double up. "Bravo," Martin Kabrhel said to him, coming over to watch from another table.

The J fell on the turn, but the river was the 5 to give Nagy a straight. Thumann shot out of his seat in frustration. "I swear, every all in," he said, having a heated discussion with a tournament official before leaving the room.

Lindstrom Getting a Good Price to Double

Level 14 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Imad Derwiche raised to 50,000 in the cutoff, Fredrik Lindstrom reraised to 160,000 in the big blind, and Derwiche called.

The flop came K95 and Lindstrom bet 350,000. Derwiche put the chips to call off to the side and the dealer went to take them in, but Derwiche pointed out he hadn't called yet.

He eventually did stick them in the pot and the 2 fell on the turn. Lindstrom then checked and Derwiche moved all in. Lindstrom had around 150,000 remaining and tanked for more than a minute before committing his last chips.

"Good call," Derwiche said, showing 10876 for a straight draw. Lindstrom had AKQJ for a pair of kings and the 9 fell on the river to earn him a double up.

"I was getting ten-to-one," Lindstrom said, pretending to wipe his brow as he took in the pot.

Alexander Petersen was eliminated shortly after losing most of his stack to Anh Do.
