Scott Sends One Out

Michael Scott bet 2,000 on a flop of Q♠8♦9♣ and was called by the button and an opponent under the gun.

The turn came the 2♣ and Scott bet another 2,000. The button then raised to 11,500 as action folded back to Scott, who tanked for around a minute before moving all in.

His opponent called for his last 13,000 with K♣J♣, while Scott had 8♠2♠ for two pair. The river came the 6♦ and the button missed his draws and headed to the rail as Scott raked in another big pot.

"Nice hand with eight-two," another player called over from another table.

"I was the aggressor," Scott replied.

Gabaldon Shows the Goods

Alejandro Gabaldon three-bet to 2,200 from the big blind and was called by an opponent in the cutoff, as well as the small blind.

The flop came 5♦A♦Q♣ and Gabaldon continued for 2,100. Both opponents called as the 8♠ fell on the turn.

Gabaldon then fired out another 7,600 and the cutoff folded. The small blind gave the decision some thought before also mucking as Gabaldon turned over A♥Q♥ as he took in the pot.

With around 8,000 already in the middle on a flop of 10♦3♥4♣, the small blind led out for 2,500 and was called by Marc Ayllon in the cutoff before the button raised to 9,000.

The small blind folded, but Ayllon stuck around to see the 9♦ turn and checked. His opponent checked back and the 7♥ fell on the river.

Both players again checked and Ayllon turned over 3♣3♦ for a flopped set to win the pot.

Pireddu Gets Paid With a Set

Three players built a pot of around 4,500 as the flop came 5♥Q♣A♠. The small blind then led out for 2,500 and only Gianni Pireddu called under the gun.

Both players checked the K♥ turn and the small blind checked again on the 4♣ river. Pireddu fired out 7,000 and his opponent tanked for a moment before calling.

Pireddu turned over 5♣5♠ and his opponent mucked.

Scott Drills the River in Massive Early Pot

Heads-up on a flop of 10♥6♥2♣, Michael Scott bet 1,800 from the cutoff and a player in the hijack called.

The turn came the 3♦ and Scott bet another 1,500. His opponent then raised to 8,300 and Scott quickly called to see the 8♣ river.

The hijack bet 18,000 this time and Scott instantly tossed in a chip to signify a call. His opponent showed 3♥3♣ for a turned set, but Scott had 8♦8♥ for a rivered set of eights.

"Never seen that," a tablemate said as Scott snapped a photo of the massive pile of chips headed his way.
