Boyer Shoves, Shows the Deuce

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Pascal Boyer raised to 2,100 from the hijack and was called by two opponents before the big blind three-bet to 7,500. Boyer, with action back on him, then moved all in.

The button and small blind got out of the way while the big blind, with around 35,000 remaining, tanked for more than a minute. He eventually flashed the Q and mucked his hand.

Boyer showed the 2 as he took the pot. "I showed because you showed. If you don't show, I don't show. You understand," Boyer told his opponent.

De Gea Raises the River

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

On one of the first hands back from break, Hector De Gea raised to 1,000 in middle position before an opponent in the hijack three-bet to 2,800.

De Gea called once action came back around to him and they went heads-up to the 936 flop. The hijack then continued for 3,300 and De Gea called.

Both players checked the 7 turn and De Gea also checked the Q river. His opponent then bet 6,500 and De Gea paused for a moment before raising to 23,000.

The hijack tanked for more than a minute before mucking his hand as De Gea took down the pot.

Boyer Snaps One Off

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Pascal Boyer bet 2,500 from early position on a flop of A710 before an opponent on the button raised to 5,000. Boyer called and the turn came the 3.

Boyer checked over to his opponent who moved all in for 10,500. Boyer put the chips to call underneath his cards and slid them into the middle, turning over A8 for top pair. His opponent could only show K10 for a pair of tens and was already standing up from his seat as the 4 fell on the river to send him to the rail.
