Daniel Curea opened to 500 from under the gun, and he was called by Ciprian Constantinescu in the cutoff and Dobrin Meltiade in the big blind.

On a flop of 894, Curea continued with a bet of 700. Constantinescu folded, but Meltiade check-raised to 2,200. He made Curea fold.

The last two flights of the 2023 €560 Eurasian Poker Tour Main Event are about to begin at 888poker Room in Bucharest. These will be the final opportunities to qualify for Day 2, and to join the 15 players from Day 1a and another 15 from Day 1b who have already secured a spot in the money.

Yesterday, Thursday, November 9, Alexandru Mitracu claimed the Day 1b chip lead with 415,000 chips out of a field of 97 entrants. It was just a few blinds more than Israel's Ran Shahar (440,000 chips), while Stefan Necsanu finished in third place with 374,000 chips.

Day 1c will begin at 2 p.m. local time and play 40-minute levels with 40,000 chip-starting stacks, starting on blinds of 100-200 and a 200 big blind ante. There will also be a 15-minute break every three levels. Then, the Day 1d turbo flight will begin at 8 p.m., with 25-minute levels.

On both Day 1s, late registration will close at the end of Level 9, with a single reentry allowed per flight. Play will conclude for the night once 15 percent of the field remains. All the players who'll fill chips in their bags will qualify for Day 2 and be in the money.
