Players are on their first 15-minute break of the day. The field has grown to 117 total entrants of which 86 players remain.
With four players seeing a board of 7♠3♣J♥Q♠ and 8,000 in the middle, Tanju Karayigit checked from the big blind, Yiannakis Papapetrou bet 12,500 from early position, Guo Liang Wei called from the cutoff and another player called from the button while Karayigit got out of the way.
The three remaining players all checked the 5♦ river. Papapetrou showed K♠8♠ for king-high after missing his flush draw while Wei tabled Q♣2♣ for top pair which was good enough to take the pot.

In the 828th episode of the PokerNews Podcast, which is sponsored by 888poker, Chad Holloway is back at Level 9 Studio in Las Vegas alongside regular co-host Mike Holtz, and for the second week in a row, Lindsey Kludt filled in for Kyna England, who does make a camera appearance from the RGPS Reno alongside ring winner Liam Gannon.
The crew then talked “Texas” Mike Moncek winning $200K on Hustler Casino Live (HCL) with an 89% VPIP while showing an entertaining $201,000 pot from the game. That led to a discussion on chopped pots, which in turn led to talk of High Stakes Poker and Andrew Robl. Is he possibly the best poker player of all time? Is he a first-ballot Hall of Famer? Those questions are answered in this episode.
Other stories covered include Nick Yunis abandoning his stack to make the birth of his first child, Chile's all-time money list, and why Lindsey has never set foot in Florida and Mike hasn't been there in 20 years. Hint — it involves alligators!
From there, Chad hosts the second edition of "Which Phil Is It?" in which Mike and Lindsey take turns answering trivia questions involving six Phils from poker — Phil Hellmuth, Phil Ivey, Phil Laak, Phil Galfond, Phil Gordon, and Philipp Gruissem.
Finally, you'll learn about the brand new emoji options in the PokerNews live reporting updates and a new documentary featuring Lukas "Robin Poker" Robinson from the WPT Voyage.

Ruslan Galiullin opened to 3,500 from under the gun only for Alexandr Lakhov to three-bet to 10,000 from the hijack. Vadizim Haiduk called from the big blind and Galiullin called as well.
Action checked ar ound to Lakhov who fired an 11,000 continuation bet on the A♣J♣9♥ flop. Both opponents made the call.
On the 6♥ turn action checked around to Lakhov again and he bet 41,000. This time it was enough to get a fold from both opponents allowing Lakhov to take the pot without showdown.
