Juan Manuel Pastor Eliminated

Raul Mestre made it 10,000 from the button only for fellow Spaniard Juan Manuel Pastor to push from the big blind. However, in what can only be described as a rush of blood, Pastor immediately revealed his {Q-Clubs}{9-Spades} prematurely before Mestre had made a decision.

"Floor!"

Of course, the ruling was that the all-in stood, and Mestre could either call or fold. The hesitation proved that Mestre didn't have much to brag about, as it was only 20,200 more to call.

In the end, this figure was too much for Mestre to resist and so he called, although with a slightly red face as he meekly tabled {5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}.

The board punished Pastor for his faux pas, the {2-Clubs}{K-Spades}{K-Diamonds} followed by a harmless {A-Clubs} turn and {J-Hearts} river.

Pastor exits in 37th place, but the following question will surely fester away in the back of his mind for a good few days yet...Would Mestre have folded if he hadn't seen the cards?
