Who Let The Dog Out?

Erick Lindgren
Erick Lindgren
Erick "E-Dog" Lindgren is starting to take control of his table by entering, and winning, most pots.

In two recent pots he check-raised his opponent off his hand, and followed it up by cracking a set of sixes with a king-high flush.

In a third hand, E-Dog folded to a flop continuation bet stating that his opponent "had a monster" on a {Q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop. His opponent flashed a queen, and E-Dog queried "Is that all?" before his opponent revealed a third queen!

Lindgren seems to be very in tune with his game today and is building nicely with around 19,000 in chips.

Deeb Almost Doubles

A short-stacked Freddy Deeb just gave himself a little extra breathing room after taking down a recent pot against an unknown opponent. Deeb made it 400 to go from early position and was called by the button. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{A-Spades} and both players checked. The turn brought the {2-Spades} and Deeb tossed a single blue 1,000 chip into the middle; his opponent called.

The last card to fall was the {Q-Diamonds} and both players knuckled the table. At the showdown, Freddy tabled {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades} which was good enough to take down the pot. He now has just over 9,000 in chips.

Patrik Antonius Doubles Up

On a flop of {9-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts} Patrik Antonius was able to get his short stack into the middle against his unknown opponent and the cards were flipped.

Antonius: {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}
Opponent: {J-Spades}{J-Diamonds}

The turn and river landed {2-Spades}{8-Clubs} and Antonius found a much needed double up to amazingly have his chip stack back to around his starting stack of 15,000 chips.

Ivey Takes Huge Hit

Phil Ivey
Phil Ivey
With the board reading {3-Spades}{J-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} Phil Ivey called his opponent's bet of 3,000 chips on the turn as the two players went to the river.

The river brought the {A-Hearts} and the action was checked to Ivey who fired a large bet of 6,000 into the middle. His opponent went into the tank as Ivey stared him down from underneath his masseuse. Eventually his opponent counted out his chips and made the call. Ivey simply smirked and said "You got it" as he prepared to muck his cards. His opponent flipped {J-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for trips to take down a huge pot and leave Ivey with only around 7,000 in chips.

Judah Builds a House

Mel Judah
Mel Judah
With three players checking the action around on the flop and turn, the board read {5-Spades}{7-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{5-Hearts} as the {J-Spades} fell on the river. T6 Poker pro Mel Judah finally decided to fire at the pot with a 1,000 chip bet. PokerStars pro Noah Boeken went into the tank and stared Judah down, much to the disgust of the third player in the hand who commented "You're staring him down but you're not worried about me?" Boeken eventually called before the third player raised it up an additional 5,000 quipping "You're worried about me now huh?" Meanwhile Judah made a quick call before Boeken folded.

Judah flipped over {7-Spades}{7-Hearts} for a full house which was too good for his opponent's {5-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for trips. Judah now jumps to around 18,000 in chips.
