Welcome to Day 3 of the 2010 PokerStars EPT Vilamoura!
It's money day in Vilamoura! 69 players left and an unlucky 13 players will be going home with nothing more than a frown and a story of how they nearly cashed in the EPT.
Brandon Cantu, winner of two WSOP bracelets and a WPT title sits at the top of the leader board with 557,400. His aim? To become only the third man after Gavin Griffin and Roland de Wolfe to complete the 'Triple Crown' achivement of a WSOP bracelet, a WPT title and an EPT win. Can he consolidate his lead as we play into the money and down to 24 players today?
Breathing down Cantu's neck is local Portuguese, and Team PokerStars Online player, Andre Coimbra, who is currently in second in chips with 476,400. Sam Trickett and Team PokerStars Pro JP Kelly are also still in the hunt as the bubble begins to loom even as the day starts.
We'll begin at 12pm (GMT+1) so see you then!
