Will the Cerqueira Be Unbroken

Nuno Capucho had shoved for his roughly 80,000 stack once before, but no-one called that time. Last to fold was big blind Robert Willis, who showed him {7-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. "I got that beat," said Capucho, perhaps a little unnecessarily.

So it was that he found {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} and pushed again, but this time Filipa Cerqueira made the call. Ms. Cerqueira is having a great day so far - after finding queens to cripple Stephen Chidwick just a few minutes previously, she had this time woken up with {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}. A {7-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Clubs} board later and Capucho was gone. Cerqueira meanwhile has leapt from just 108,000 at the start of the day to around 300,000 now.
