We spoke to Vladimir Geshkenbein and he told us he actually has 450,000 chips. They came about in a kings versus jacks versus ace-queen. All the chips went in pre flop and you can guess what hand the Russian had.

Anton Wigg won the €1k+€1k turbo bounty yesterday on his day off and now he is marching up the chip counts in the EPT Berlin Main Event.
He opened the betting with a raise to 3,400 under the gun and the action folded all the way around to Sebatian Winkler in the cutoff who asked if the raise was "34" before making the call. Stefan Huppa called in the big blind and it was three-handed to the

flop.
Huppa checked, Wigg checked behind but Winkler took a stab at the pot with a bet of 4,500. This folded out Huppa but Wigg stayed in the hand. The dealer burned a card and placed the
out on the turn. Again, Wigg check-called. This time an increased bet of 9,500.
The river card was the innocuous looking
and Wigg checked for a third time. Winkler bet again though, setting the price to play at 18,000 only to Wigg check-raise all-in; the Swede easily covering Winkler. With the cameras rolling Winkler went bright red in the face and looked to the heavens for help but none arrived. His pupils were like saucers and after 30-45 seconds he angrily mucked and looked absolutely fuming about it.
"I wasn't bluffing," said Winkler feeling for where he was in the hand.
"I can't say much, sorry" apologised Wigg, which no doubt did not help to lower Winkler's blood pressure. The German will need to compose himself again if he is to rebuild his stack and go deeper in this tournament.
We just got word that Vladimir Geshkenbein is on 500,000 in chips. We're on the case and we'll be back in a bit with an update.
Rupert Elder just dodged a bullet to stay in the tournament even though he got his money in against Mario Walkner holding the same hand.
Elder shoved 15,900 with the
and was up against the
for Walkner. The flop provided a sweat for Elder when it came

. The turn
and river
were both red, but neither a heart and Elder stayed alive.
Germany's Fabian Quoss opened from the hijack to 3,200 and Johan van Til removed the earphone from his right ear and looked quizzically at Quoss, then his stack. A few moments later he three-bet to 5,900 from the button. The small blind did not stick around for very long but Diogo Borges in the big blind threw a spanner in the works for van Til by four-betting all-in for 41,900. Quoss snap-folded and van Til reluctantly let his hand go.
Team PokerStars Pro Angel Guillen has been all over the world as of late racking up the frequent flier miles. We've seen the Mexican pro in Australia, Korea and Europe over the past few months, but he hasn't done so well with racking up the tournament results. Maybe things will change here at the European Poker Tour Berlin, although this hand has him going the wrong way.
Guillen opened with a raise from middle position to 3,200 preflop. Ulrich Hellriegel called in the hijack seat and the flop came down

. Guillen bet 4,200 and Hellriegel called.
The turn was checked by both players after the
fell and then the river
was also checked.
Hellriegel tabled the
and Guillen mucked his hand, dropping back under 100,000 in chips. Hellriegel moved to 117,000.
Kevin Vandermissen is getting his stack going back in the right direction after he eliminated Florens Feensta.
Jeremy Nock opened to 3,400 from mid position before Vandermissen three-bet to 8,200 from the hijack. Feenstra was on the button and four-bet all-in for 18,900.
Nock said to the Belgian, " If you re-raised me, you must have a big hand" as he folded.
Vandermissen slammed in a call and opened to
to laughs from the table.
Feenstra tabled
and lost out on the

board. The Irish Open champion making a running flush.

where Tim Mitchell had checked from middle position and Triple Crown winner Jake Cody bet 12,200. Mitchell quickly called and it was off the the
river. Mitchell tapped the table and checked but Cody gave him something to think about because he shoved his 70,000 remaining chips into the pot.
Mitchell tanked for 90 seconds before relinquishing his hand. Cody is on the climb.,
