Zaichenko Picks Up Queens

Jeremy Nock folds under the gun and the player to his immediate left, Andrey Zaichenko, opened to 5,000. Everyone then folded around to Armin Zoike in the cutoff and he checked out the stack sizes of the players yet to act and then flat-called. On the button was [Removed:207] and he squeezed to 16,500 putting the action back onto the original raiser.

Zaichenko peered at his cards through his oversized sunglasses then four-bet to 37,500, whihc folded out both opponents.

"Would you have folded if he (referring to Fritzler) shoved?" quizzed Selbst semi tongue in cheek perhaps.

"Four-bet bluffing with queens? Not this time," came the reply.

Koen De Visscher, fresh from his fifth place finish at the EPT Campione Main Event has just eliminated Santiago Nadal and now has 275,000 chips.

Nadal opened from the button, De Visscher three-bet to 14,500 from the big blind, Nadal four-bet to 29,600 then called when De Visscher five-bet shoved all in for 141,000. Nadal turned over {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs} and was up against the Belgian's {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. The board ran out {9-Spades}{4-Spades}{5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and when the stacks were counted De Visscher covered Nadal by 15,000 chips and Nadal was eliminated.

Kilickeser Happy on TV

Table 5 have been moved to the TV table for level 15, but before they went a crazy hand went down that lasted long into the recent break, and saw a flabbergasted Bahadir Kilickeser double-up. We approached the table as 365,000 chips were being passed to him but the basics were filled in for us.

There was a button raise and three-bet from Paul Vas Nunes in the small blind before Kilickeser four-bet in big blind. Vas Nunes called and led for 60,000 on the {q-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{8-Spades} flop. Kilickeser called before both players checked the {2-Clubs} turn.

The river fell {8-Hearts} and Vas Nunes moved all-in. Kilickeser snap called with {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} for a full house. What did the Brit have? Just {3-Diamonds}{4-Spades} for the nut low!
