With the elimination of Max Altergott the tournament just lost the EPT Grand Final Super High Roller winner from last season. Back then Altergott beat Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier heads up and took home the €1,746,400 first-place prize. Today the German pro will have to make due with a small cash in the Main Event.
