Busquet Runs Into Cowboys

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Jens Nauenburg limped from early position and it folded to Olivier Busquet in middle position who made it 1,500 to go. Action trickled all of the way back to Nauenburg who announced a call.

The flop brought down {K-Spades}{2-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and Nauenburg check-called 1,500. Fourth street was the {5-Hearts} and Nauenburg decided to come out swinging with 3,300. Busquet was not swayed.

The river was the {7-Spades} and Nauenburg casually tossed out a single t5,000 chip. Busquet announced a call. Nauenburg showed {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} for top set and Busquet quickly flicked his cards at the muck.

"I Can't Believe He Called With Kings"

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Michael Mizrachi has been on a tear as of late. The three-time WSOP bracelet winner and number eight on the all-time money list just knocked out two players and his stack is now up to 125,000.

After a raise to 1,500 it was Mizrachi who three-bet from the button to 3,000 and the short stack in the small blind moved all in for 5,000. The initial raiser made it 13,000 and Mizrachi moved all in. The player who had put in the five-bet had just 7,000 chips behind and made the call.

Michael Mizrachi: {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}
Pascal Hartmann: {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Initial raiser: {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}

The board ran out {Q-Clubs}{7-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{A-Clubs} and Mizrachi knocked out two players.

"I can't believe he called with kings," Mizrachi laughed as he was joking around with his table mates.

"Table change please!" One of the gentleman at the table yelled as there seems no way to stop Mizrachi on his way to the chip lead.

Grinding

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Campan Cristian Marius opened to 1,300 from early position, Manuel Mondejar Jimenez three-bet to 3,200 on his direct left, and Michael Mizrachi cold-called in the small blind. Marius called as well, and the flop came {5-Hearts}{3-Spades}{8-Clubs}. Mizrachi and Marius checked, Jimenez continued for 4,750, and only Mizrachi called.

Both players knuckled when the {4-Diamonds} turned, and The Grinder checked a third time when the {2-Spades} completed the board. Jimenez fired 7,325, and Mizrachi tanked for more than a minute before calling.

Jiminez tabled {10-Spades}{9-Clubs} for ten-high, and it was no good against Mizrachi's {7-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}.

Tobias Reinkemeier

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Tobias Reinkemeier is edging back towards his starting stack after doubling up through Michael Rocco.

Three players took to a {k-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{q-Hearts} flop where the action checked around to Reinkemeier on the button who bet 1,700. The small blind folded but Rocco raised to 6,000. Call.

The turn came {4-Diamonds} and Rocco bet 5,000 and called when the German player moved all in for 10,000.

Roco opened {j-Spades}{10-Hearts} but was drawing to a chop as Reinkemeier opened {a-Spades}{j-Spades} for the nuts. The {7-Spades} river was a brick.

Charania's Bluff Fails

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Bjorn Geissert opened to 1,200 and received three callers including Moshin Charania.

The flop came {2-Spades}{A-Spades}{J-Clubs} and all four players checked their option to see the {4-Hearts} come on fourth street. Three more checks over to Charania prompted a bet of 2,500. The next two players to act folded but Geissert stuck around. The river was the {9-Hearts} and Giessert checked once more. Charania bet 4,700 and Giessert called.

Charania tabled {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for nothing and Geissert showed {k-Hearts}{J-Spades} for a pair of jacks and the best hand.

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Jake Cody opened to 1,100 from middle position, two players called on his direct left, and Johan van Til three-bet to 3,000 out of the small blind. Cody four-bet to 6,000, and the action folded back to van Til, who moved all in. Cody quickly called.

Cody: {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}
van Til: {k-Spades}{j-Spades}

The board ran out {10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{a-Hearts}, and van Til was eliminated.

"Good luck," he told Cody.

Ramdin's Range is Wide

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Victor Ramdin is on the up after playing four-high aggressively for part of a hand and it worked out well for him.

He was heads up with Walid Bou Habib to a {8-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop and bet 4,200. Bou Habib check-called and then both players checked the {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds} turn and river through. Ramdin opened {3-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and it was good as his opponent mucked.
