The board showed when Andrei Streltsou bet 22,000 after Patrik Antonius had checked to him. Antonius tanked for a long time before slowly sliding chips forward in order to make the call.
Streltsou showed and with trip fives he took down the pot.
Jason Mo opened to 7,500 and JC Alvarado in the hijack made the call. Leon Tsoukernik checked his cards, and moved all in for a little over 150,000 while exclaiming "It's break anyway, I'm gonna rebuy." "Rebuy!" he shouted through the room. Mo thought about it for a bit and called all in for his last 129,300, Alvarado folded.
Mo showed and Tsoukernik tabled .
Alvarado said he folded jack-ten of diamonds after the flop hit the board. The on the turn would have sealed the deal for him, but in the end the pot went to Tsoukernik after the completed the board.
Martin Jacobson raised it up to 7,000 and his neighbor Sylvain Loosli made the call from the hijack. Nex tover was Dani Stern in the cutoff and he three bet to 30,000. The button and both blinds folded and Jacobson four bet to 68,000. Loosli now moved all in after contemplating his move for quite some time. Stern gave up rather quickly, and so did Jacobson.
Tobias Reinkemeier raised from the button to 8,000 and Igor Kurganov defended his big blind. The flop came down and Kurganov check-called a bet of 9,000.
On the turn the hit and Kurganov checked again, after which Reinekmeier bet 25,000. This time Kurganov opted to check-raise to 78,000 and Reinkemeier called.
The river completed the board with the and Kurganov lead out for 55,000 with about 110,000 left behind.
Reinkemeier went into the tank for several minutes before letting go of his hand. Kurganov did not show his cards and took down this pot, chipping up to 360,000 in the process.
Ankush Mandavia raised before the flop and Dzmitry Urbanovich made the call from he big blind. The flop came down and Urbanovich check-called 12,000.
On the turn the hit and both players checked. The river was the and Urbanovich lead out for 15,000. Mandavia made the call and mucked when his opponent showed .
On a board of , Thomas Muehloecker checked to JC Alvarado in the cutoff. Alvarado made a bet of 27,000 and Leon Tsoukernik on the button made the call, Muehloecker folded.
The turn came the and Alvarado moved in for 44,300. Tsoukernik thought for just a few seconds before slamming some 25,000 in the middle to make the call. Alvarado had for the over pair with a flush draw, Tsoukernik tabled . The river made no difference and Alvarado doubled up.

Then, Igor Kurganov, who had admittedly been fairly active, opened to 5,500 from the cutoff seat, and Martin Jacobson defended from the big blind. The flop came rainbow, and Jacobson checked. Kurganov bet 7,100, and Jacobson check-raised to 20,000. Kurganov moved all of his small denomination chips forward, making it 36,600. Jacobson moved him all in, and Kurganov called for 111,000 total. Kurganov was the proud owner of , and Jacobson was trailing with his , but a on the turn and on the river changed all of that. Kurganov hit the rail, but bought right back in to give it another try.
Charlie Carrel was also eliminated, but his elimination has gone unknown.
Dutchman Luuk Gieles has had quite a positive last couple of hours, and he's up to 560,000 in chips. In a recent pot, which started with Gieles raising to 6,000 from the button, Michael Egan three-bet to 21,000. Gieles four-bet to 50,000, and then Egan went into the tank for a bit before he made the call.
The flop brought out the , and Egan checked right away. Gieles took his time before checking as well, and the hit the turn. Both players checked again before they also checked the river. Gieles tabled the , and that was good enough to win him the pot.
