Urbanovich Busts Early

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante
Dzmitry Urbanovich
Dzmitry Urbanovich

EPT phenomena Dzmitry Urbanovich raised from early position and was called by [Removed:17] and a third player. They went heads-up to the {8-Spades}{9-Spades}{10-Spades}{8-Clubs} turn where Urbanovich got the remainder of his stack in with the {4-Spades}{7-Spades} for a flush and straight flush draw. Yan looked him up with the superior {K-Spades}{J-Spades} and the one outer didn't come, instead the {3-Spades} river changed nothing whatsoever.

Khachatryn and Demidov Eliminated

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Two Russians have been eliminated and one of them was PokerStars Team Pro Ivan Demidov. He opened and then called a three-bet by Juha Helppi from one seat over to find a flop of {8-}{9-}{6-} according to Keven Stammen. Demidov check-raised all in with the {J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for an open ended straight draw and Helppi called with pocket aces to hold up.

Yan Puts Spindler To The Test

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

A 65,000-chip pot lay in the middle already with Benny Spindler heads-up against [Removed:17].

Spindler checked the river on a {10-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{3-Spades} board and Yan pushed in for some 120,000. Spindler considered the call for all of his 65,000 chips and tournament life.

In the end, he passed, allowing Yan to climb up to a spot near closer to the top of the leader board.

Heath Takes from Luca

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Dan Smith opened to 4,500 and Ben Heath called from one seat over. Ivan Luca then squeezed to 15,000 on the button and was called by Heath only. On the {K-Spades}{J-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop both players checked. On the {K-Diamonds} turn, Heath checked and called a delayed continuation bet worth 13,300 before both again checked down the {A-Hearts} on the river. Heath showed his {A-Spades}{Q-Spades} for aces and kings, which won the pot.
