Ole Schemion raised to 6,000 from under the gun, Jeff Rossiter called to his immediate left, and Scott Margereson squeezed to 22,500 from Rossiter's direct left. Schemion called, but Rossiter folded.
Schemion sat staring at Margereson as the dealer spread the flop, so saw him bet 22,000. Schemion called and then went back to looking intently at his opponent. The turn was the and Schemion checked, Margereson bet 54,000 and Schemion let his hand go.
John Juanda was the first to act in the small blind and he announced he was all-in for around 105,000. Vladimir Troyanovskiy was in the big blind and he released his hand, allowing Juanda to add to his stack.
Dario Sammartino opened the preflop betting from the small blind for 6,500 and Steve O'Dwyer called. Both players checked the arrival of the flop, with Sammartino leading for 7,000 on the turn. O'Dwyer folded and Sammartino claimed the pot.
With on the table we caught Leonid Markin tanking, after Mike Watson had upped the cost of seeing the river significantly. Markin had 17,500 out in front of him, but Watson had put in 63,200 from the small blind.

Markin, who's on his second bullet, will have his work cut out for him as he faces an uphill battle.

Rossiter bet again, this time 28,000, and it proved enough to push Schemion off the hand.
