Andrea Cortellazzi raised to 55,000 from under the gun and Markus Durnegger called on the button. On the {A-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop, Cortellazzi continued for 71,000 and Durnegger called. The {10-Diamonds} fell on the turn and Cortellazzi fired a second bet worth 155,000, again Durnegger called.

After the {Q-Diamonds} river, Cortellazzi made it 405,000 to go and Durnegger called after plenty of consideration. Cortellazzi turned over the {10-Clubs}{10-Spades} for a set of tens, Durnegger mucked and dropped a ton of chips.

After the {5-Clubs} turn, Malone led for 65,000 and Baron called before both checked through the {6-Hearts} river. Malone showed {J-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and that won the pot.

In a battle of the blinds, Norbert Berent and Michael Addamo were at it with the latter at risk of elimination holding {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}. Berent had {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} and found a gutshot on the {J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop. The {9-Spades} turn left just the four tens in the deck as outs for Berent, but a blank showed up as final community card and Addamo doubled.

Andreas Chalkiadakis limped in from the small blind and Marc Trijaud shoved the big blind for around 280,000. Chalkiadakis quickly called and Trijaud fell into the trap with his weak ace.

Vojtech Ruzicka Doubles Through Nuno Capucho in Huge Pot

Nuno Capucho raised from early position to 55,000 and Vojtech Ruzicka defended his big blind.

The flop came {q-Clubs}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts} and Ruzicka checked to his opponent who bet 61,000. Ruzicka then check-raised to 196,000. Capucho called.

The turn was the {a-Spades} and Ruzicka led this time for 211,000 and Capucho called.

At this stage the pot was just shy of 1,000,000 in chips, and the river was the {k-Hearts}. Ruzicka moved all in for his remaining 575,000 chips and Capucho went into the tank. Three minutes letter Sam Grafton called for the clock and a short while later Capucho called.

Ruzicka tabled {j-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and Capucho {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}, and the Czech player doubled to over 2,000,000 in chips.
