Cahill Beats Fish

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante
Seamus Cahill
Seamus Cahill

Seamus Cahill and Darryl Fish had already tangled in a few pots earlier on with the Irish getting most of it. Sure enough they were in a hand just now again with the flop reading {A-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}. Fish bet 500 from the small blind and Cahill called before the {9-Diamonds} hit on the turn. Fish check-raised from 750 to 2,350 and Cahill called.

Both players then checked the {5-Diamonds} river and Cahill's {A-Clubs}{9-Spades} for two pair won the pot.

Also in now: Natasha Barbour, who finished 20th in the EPT12 Malta Main Event earlier this season.

Nut Flush for Sapiano

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

On the four-way turn {K-Hearts}{10-Spades}{6-Spades}{A-Hearts}, Albert Sapiano was one of three players to invest 2,000 chips whereas the fourth player folded. The {9-Hearts} came on the river and Sapiano's bet of 6,000 was called by one opponent to see the Brit turn over {Q-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for the nut flush.

Leathem With Kings

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Dex de Jong is almost back to starting stack whereas Georgios Zisimopoulos had dropped some chips and then got involved in a battle with table neighbor Andrew Leathem. Zisimopoulos raised to 300 and Leathem squeezed to 1,100. Jeremy Nock called in the blinds and then Zisimopoulos four-bet to 3,200.

Only Leathem called and the {Q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop saw the Greek continue for 2,600. Leathem call before the action was checked to him on the {9-Clubs} turn. The Scot bet 3,400 and Zisimopoulos called with Leathem then checking behind the {3-Spades} river. Zisimopoulos showed {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts} but that ended up second-best to the {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} of his opponent.

Zisimopoulos Thriving

Level 1 : 50/100, 0 ante

PokerStars online qualifier Dex de Jong faced a raise to 300 and a call by Andrew Leathem before three-betting to 900 out of the big blind. Initial raiser Jeremy Nock as well as Leathem called to see the flop {A-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and de Jong bet 1,400. Nock called, Leathem folded. Both remaining players checked the {5-Hearts} turn before the {J-Spades} river saw a check-fold by de Jong.

"You had kings?" Nock asked and de Jong replied with a "close." The Dutch is down to almost half the starting stack whereas Georgios Zisimopoulos at the very same table is loaded.
