The tournament is now on the official money bubble, as John Juanda has been knocked out. Juanda raised before the flop to 11,500 and Juan Etcheverry three-bet to 27,000. Juanda went into the tank for quite a while before moving all in, and Etcheverry called right away.

Over on the feature table, Ihar Soika checked out of the big blind on the flop and then called a bet worth 25,000 by Erik Seidel. On the turn, Soika checked again and Seidel led for 43,000.
Soika only had 84,000 left and gave it some time before shoving all in with the to receive a quick call by Seidel with . The river changed nothing whatsoever and Soika scored a nice double.
The clocks were stopped as one player had busted from the feature table and tournament staff verified the number of remaining players. Once it was determined to be 161, hand for hand mode was announced two off the money.
Tina Andersen was eventually blinded out before the money and Mike Barsnick lost with ace-seven suited to the ace-king of David Susigan, Nicolas le Floch also hit the rail as well.
It has been a good day thus far for Alexios Zervos, and that got even better just now. The board was completed reading and Luigi Grisa bet 32,000. Zervos was sitting in the big blind and tanked for some time before the clock was called on him. The Greek had defended and check-called two barrels before Grisa shot a third one
The Greek eventually called and tabled while Grisa showed . Soon after, Zervos three-bet and faced a four-bet to 45,000 behind him. It was then initial raiser Grisa that jammed 120,000 with ace-king and Zervos snapped him off with kings to take the rest from Grisa as well.
While we're not on the official bubble yet with 169 players remaining and 159 places paid, it must feel like a bubble double for Chris Dowling who seems to be safe to get paid after this hand.
