Vanessa Selbst
Vanessa Selbst

Joao Vieira made it 54,000 under the gun and Team PokerStars Pro Vanessa Selbst bumped it to 121,000 right behind him. It folded back and Vieira called, sending them heads up to a {10-Clubs}{j-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop. Both players checked, but when Vieira checked the {a-Hearts} turn, Selbst bet 142,000.

Vieira called and the river came the {a-Diamonds}. Vieira checked, and called immediately after Selbst bet 370,000. She had the {k-Clubs}{4-Clubs} missed flush draw and Vieira's {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} had filled up.

She shoved relatively short right after and he called, defending his big blind with the {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. Selbst doubled back to respectability with the {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} on a 4c4s4d7d3d] run out.

Saout Leads The Way

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Antoine Saout has been on a tear, as we just spotted him sitting on a massive 2.2 million-chip stack.

Saout just raised to 50,000 from middle position and Apostolos Bechrakis three-bet to 135,000 from the cutoff. Saout made the call and the flop brought out {Q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{4-Clubs} on which the French pro check-called 130,000.

On the {8-Clubs} turn and the {2-Spades} river the action was checked, and Saout won the pot with {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}.

"Will you show if I fold," asked Nguyen. "I have a big hand."

Chauskin remained mute and a minute later, Nguyen shoved in. Chauskin folded.

A hand or two later, Nguyen check-raised over a Benjamin Pollak bet, three-handed on a {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop, forcing two folds to move up to two-million chips and into the lead.

Celestino Sends Daher Home

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Albert Daher lead this tournament for quite some time, but it's all over now for the man from Lebanon.

Ariel Celestino raised to 45,000 under the gun and Daher called from the big blind, putting {2-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{6-Spades} out on the flop.

Daher check-called 32,000 on the flop and the turn was the {10-Diamonds}. Daher checked again, and Celestino bet 61,000.

Daher check-raised all in for about 260,000 and Celestion made the call after some deliberation.

Celestion: {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Daher: {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

The river was the {8-Spades} and Daher was sent to the rail.
