Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Allan Sannier raised to 5,500 and Sam Greenwood moved all in for 44,600 from the big blind. Sannier gave it some thought and then called for around half his stack.

Greenwood: {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}
Sannier: {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}

The board came {10-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{2-Hearts}{9-Spades}{A-Diamonds} and Sannier claimed the pot with aces and tens to eliminate Greenwood in 23rd place.

Ahadpour Loses Flip to Khoroshenin

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante
Behzad Ahadpour
Behzad Ahadpour

After losing a flip to Adrian Mateos, Oleksii Khoroshenin bounced back and rebuilt his stack within two hands.

Hand 1
Khoroshenin raised to 5,500, Dario Sammartino three-bet to 16,500 in the hijack and Khoroshenin then took down the pot with a four-bet worth 51,000.

Hand 2

From under the gun, Khoroshenin raised to 5,500 and Behzad Ahadpour moved all in for around 30,000 from one seat over. Khoroshenin glanced over briefly at the stack of his opponent and called.

Ahadpour: {A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Khoroshenin: {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}

The very entertaining Ahadpour, who experienced a roller coaster day with many all in situations in less than two hours, failed to improved despite many outs on a board of {9-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and joined the rail.

Tens for Silver

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

In the small blind, Viacheslav Buldygin limped in and Max Silver in the big blind raised it up for 5,100 on top. Buldygin called and the flop came {A-Spades}{8-Spades}{2-Spades}. Buldygin check-called a bet worth 4,400 and the {6-Diamonds} on the turn was checked through. After the {8-Diamonds} river, Buldygin bet 6,500 and Silver called.

Buldygin briefly showed pocket sevens, which Silver had beat with the {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

Mateos Doubles Through Khoroshenin

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Adrian Mateos opened to 5,200 from early position. Oleksii Khoroshenin three-bet to 13,000 on the button, Mateos moved all in for 65,300 and Khoroshenin called it off.

Adrian Mateos: {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Oleksii Khoroshenin: {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}

Mateos was racing for his tournament life and doubled up on {K-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. Even with the blow to his stack, Khoroshenin still has one of the biggest stacks in the rooms.

Ahadpour Keeps Swinging

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante
Behzad Ahadpour
Behzad Ahadpour

Behzad Ahadpour doesn't need Six Flags to get some rollercoaster action, as his swings today have been nothing short of brutal. Earlier, he traded back and forth with Viacheslav Buldygin, after that he both won and lost all in situations versus Nick Petrangelo.

Still short, Ahadpour shoved around 35,000 in the middle with {A-Clubs}{8-Hearts} and Scott Seiver looked him up with {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}. Ahadpour flopped an eight to score the double-up.

Almost per tradition, he lost the chips right away, this time to Adrian Mateos. Ahadpour raised with {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds} and called a 30,300 shove from Mateos, who held {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}. No help for Ahadpour, who's coasting right back in the danger zone.

Carrel Eliminated by Seiver

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante
Charlie Carrel
Charlie Carrel

With 10,000 in the middle and {5-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{10-Spades}{J-Hearts} on the table, Charlie Carrel moved all-in for 12,800 chips. Scott Seiver asked for a count but quickly realised he didn't need one to make the call.

Carrel's tournament life was at risk. He tabled {7-Spades}{5-Diamonds} for trips fives, but wasn't very happy to see Seiver's holding. He had {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} for a huge draw.

The river was the {8-Hearts}, which gave Seiver the flush, but the dealer missed it. She flipped Seiver's cards over and collected them in the muck. Seiver calmly told her he had rivered a flush and Carrel wasn't making a big deal out of it.

He just stood up and left the table, while the other players confirmed that Seiver indeed rivered his flush.

Yaghmai Takes from Yan

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

A bigger pot was brewing over on table three as the dealers were asked to pause the action after their current hand, with the field being reduced to 24 and the necessary redraw that comes along with it.

The turn was reading {Q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades}{K-Diamonds} and Nariman Yaghmai checked from under the gun. [Removed:17] bet 17,000 on the button and Yaghmai check-raised to 38,000 in order to pick up a quick call. On the {5-Clubs} river, Yaghmai bet 40,000 and Yan quickly folded.

Chidwick Loses Flip to Badziakouski

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Stephen Chidwick open-shoved his last 25,600 from under the gun and the action folded around to Mikita Badziakouski in the small blind. The Belorussian announced the call and Andras Nemeth folded in the big blind.

Chidwick: {K-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Badziakouski: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

The board came {J-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Spades}{3-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and that was it for the Brit.

O'Dwyer Down

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante
Steve O'Dwyer
Steve O'Dwyer

In the last hand of the previous level, action folded around to Max Silver in the small blind. He looked down at his cards and moved all in, putting Steve O'Dwyer in the big blind to the test.

It was around 14 big blinds to call for the 'Irishman', who reluctantly called it off after some thought.

Max Silver: {A-Spades}{8-Spades}
Steve O'Dwyer: {2-Spades}{2-Hearts}

Silver paired his eight on the flop of {10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}, taking a commanding lead in the hand. Neither the {10-Hearts} on the turn nor {5-Spades} on the river helped O'Dwyer, ending his tournament life.
