Ligeri Moves Up the Counts

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Justin Ligeri
Justin Ligeri

Lander Lijo opened to 6,000 from under the gun and Juha Helppi called. Justin Ligeri called in the hijack before Holst used two time extension before moving all in for 50,000.

Lijo folded and Helppi called, as did Ligeri.

The flop came {2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Helppi moved all in. Ligeri called.

Kristina Holst: {a-Spades}{9-Spades}
Juha Helppi: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}
Justin Ligeri: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

The turn {q-Diamonds} gave Ligeri a flush and the {5-Clubs} was a brick, eliminating Helppi and Holst from the tournament.

Eibinger Rivers a Set in Three-Way All-in

Level 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Matthias Eibinger
Matthias Eibinger

Joey Weissman moved all in for 27,000 from middle position and Tsugunari Toma three-bet all in for 50,000. Matthias Eibinger used up a time extension in the big blind before calling and putting two players at risk.

Joey Weissman: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}
Tsugunari Toma: {q-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Matthias Eibinger: {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}

The turn and river came {6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Weissman looked to be set for a triple up. However, the {7-Clubs} river gave Eibinger a set and saw him eliminate two players.

The €100,000 Super High Roller third-place finisher now sits on just over average as we approach the end of the first level.
