Diaz Eliminates Mascolo

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

It folded to Giulio Mascolo in the cutoff and he put his last 13,500 in the middle. Button Molly Mossey got out of the way and small blind Guillaume Diaz called from the small blind. The player in the big blind folded and they opened up.

Giulio Mascolo: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Guillaume Diaz: {a-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}

The {5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop gave Diaz the lead but Mascolo had outs to chop and a back-door flush draw. The turn was the {q-Diamonds} and Mascolo gained a lot of outs but he missed all of them when the {5-Hearts} river came down.

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Rodrigo Marques Carmo limped from the small blind and Silvio Costa raised to 9,000 from the big blind. Carmo three-bet to 35,000 and Costa added the remainder to call.

The flop came {j-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades} and Carmo bet 18,000. Costa called. The turn brought the {3-Spades} and Carmo continued with a bet of 30,000 that Costa called once more. The {k-Clubs} filled up the board and this time, Carmo checked. Costa moved all in for about 200,000 and Carmo went deep into the tank for a few minutes.

Eventually, the clock got called on him and within two seconds left on the countdown, Carmo let it go.
